I did finally receive my bike, but I will give everyone just one guess as to what condition it was when it arrived. (Hint, that really is a ~2" diameter puncture mark straight through the center of the box.) Loving Air Berlin customer service so far, just got hung up on by the JFK branch. thankfully the German branches are much nicer.
